Shipping policies

We ship in Canada and to the United States.

Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD in Canada and over $75 USD for U.S. orders. 

*Please note that gift cards do not count as part of your order total for free shipping.

• All orders have a 1 to 3 business day processing time.
• Allow 2 to 10 business days to receive your order when your order has left our building. (business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays)
• Please allow for longer lead times during cyber week (November) and during the holiday season.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. 

If after two weeks you have not received your package, please check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. It is possible that some delivery problems, beyond our control, have occurred. If this is the case, please contact us via our email address : support@thenakedclub.com 

Errors and damages in the order:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you notice an error so that we can assess and correct the problem. Please submit a photo of the damaged item by email to : support@thenakedclub.com
